Quality
Raj Engineering Works' quality management systems, in respect of its services have been assessed and upgraded to latest international and industrial standards. A team of highly proficient quality professionals carefully plans the entire process and then proceeds accordingly. Needless to say, the towers can only be as good as the components and materials which go into its making. Hence, our emphasis remains on proper and cost effective selection of structural steel, which is procured from SAIL and ISSCO. The structural steel is then tested on the parameters of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, bend, ductility, hardness, etc.
The company has an in-house testing laboratory that checks all the products for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. Our vast experience coupled with our strict adherence to stringent quality procedures enables us to produce products of the highest standard. Apart from this, we have a mechanism of "third party inspection" - whereby our manufacturing process have been inspected and approved by other eminent companies such as HVPNL, MSEB, PSEB, UPPCL, MPPTCL, RRVPNL, Siemens UB, IVRCL, and TPL.
Our Infrastructural Setup
We owe our phenomenal growth to the use of hi-tech infrastructure. Raj Engineering Works' production units boast of state-of-the-art machinery, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of quality and excellent production values. Our company has tie-up with A.S. Graphics for collaborating the area of designing. We operate against clearly articulated and aligned objectives and strategies. The manufacturing facility is strategically located at Dera Bassi in Punjab over a sprawling area of 22000 sq.yard.
The technology employed in the processing and manufacture of the end products has been integrated in the most professional manner so that quality standards are not compromised and they meet global standards and customer expectations.
These hi-tech machinery enable us to execute bulk orders, as we have an average monthly production capacity of 1000 metric tonnes.
